Just few days ago, I was complaining to Cher about how lonely I feel here, like I dont have close friends here, like after work I don't have anyone to go yamcha with. Everyday is the same damn routine, go to work, finish work, tapao dinner, go home makan dinner, watch drama, bath and sleep.
So boring and lonely and emo.
This is the first time someone I know came to Ipoh for a visit okay, other than the bf who comes almost every week (hehe I love you Teh Sze Hou :P) You see, even my own parents has never came here to visit me after 7 long months!!!
So imagine how happy I was when the good friend, YK came and totally surprised me!!!
He totally caught me off guard!! No news/hints of him coming at all. One fine Saturday morning, I woke up to his whatsapp spam messages and one picture caught my attention, the picture of the McD just 2 minutes away from my rented house.
I was like 'wtf you kidding me?'. That was my first response.
Next response was 'where are you??!'.
And the next was 'wtf how you know where I stay??! I also never tell you before!!'
And when he told me he was in Ipoh, I still didn't believe him and accused him of taking the picture from somewhere. Until finally he sent me a selfie that I finally believed him LOL.
So yeapp happy me!!! Hehe we didnt do much. Just sat at a super cozy cafe, drinking green tea latte and desserts and just chatting and chilling :)
He promised to come visit me since like months ago and I thought he was just simply talking but he kept to his promise, eventhough it took him 6 months to finally come!!. Haha thank you LYK, you have your ways of making me happy. You made my day :)
And on that day, me and Hou already had plans to go down to Kampar for some food adventure together. Manatau this guy here came and surprised me, so I invited him to join us in Kampar, which he did hehe.
Drove two cars to Kampar because he was gonna be leaving back to KL straight from Kampar while me and dearie would go back up to Ipoh.

Dinner was at Yau Kee Restaurant for their Curry Chicken Bun. But honestly, nothing great la. PD one was wayyy better. Thank god we had more people with us, if not me and Hou definitely will not be able to finish the whole bun by ourselves.
Went our separate ways after that and me and Hou went over to Gopeng to visit his aunt for a short while before going back to Ipoh.
Overall, it was a good day, other than the minor problem I had with my car hehe.
I wish more people would visit me here in Ipoh :( (p/s: hinting Cher :P)
Oh and btw, I love my current department. How is it that time passes so fast when I'm doing something I like?? How come I am only left with 2 days in this department?? Where did all the time go to??? NOOOOOOOO. :(
