The Australia Trip

Feeling extremely homesick now so i thought it will be a good idea to post A FEW photos of Australia. Since i have been trying to study for the past 4 hours and i have obviously failed due to this homesick issue + PMS + flu.

I really really love Sydney. I was and am still in love with the city. I didnt know i was such a city girl because i thought i wanted a quiet lifestyle until i came to Dunedin and then Sydney. And the citiness in me was unleashed. I went to Sydney and I loved it and i actually felt like working in Sydney. I want to have a house in Balmain. But on 2nd thought, Melbourne would be better. It is more organised, less busy and relaxing. Oh well, what are the chances of me getting into Australia anyway? Let alone the big cities in Australia.

So anyway, I had such an awesome time in Australia. It was probably the BEST holiday yet. I had enough time to play + rest + eat + travel. I didnt have to rush at all, i got to do things at my own pace and i even had the time to sleep until 2.30pm. It was so good that i had mini depression when i got back to Dunedin.

It is impossible for me to write about my entire trip here so i chose a few of my favourites to post. I really hope i get to go back to Australia soon but its kinda impossible until i start earning my own money. My parents will never let me travel Melbourne again with their money.

Lets start with Sydney, the city i am madly in love with.

*This is the view i fell in love with and made me want to work in Sydney*

*Along with this Harbour Bridge and Opera House*
only if i can own a property facing them. my life would be perfect. lol

*Gloomy Sydney but it cant stop my love for this place* hahaha

*the famous Bondi Beach*
it was so sunny and windy. I had to tie my hair and it made me look ugly in ALL the photos

*the sinful fried mars bar*
dont judge its taste by its ugly look

*view from fish market*
where i went ALL CRAZY over sashimi. I was SOOOO close to getting lobster but in the end i chose to save money

*Sydney Uni*
why so pretty??? like Harry Potter style

*Graffiti Tunnel*

*The freaking awesome ramen*
who would have thought that there will be such awesome ramen in a food court in Chinatown

*The to die for watermelon strawberry cake*
so good that i had 2

*I am now missing the streets of Sydney. BRING ME BACK TO SYDNEY!!*

*Hyde park*

Now to Melbourne. It was my temporary home. I didnt feel like a tourist there so i didnt bother taking photos in Melbourne and i now regretted it. I dont even have a proper photo of the city, the street, the beach, the train and tram station. SIGH! stupid me. oh well, i can only comfort myself by saying that 'the memories will not be forgotten even without photos'. if that made sense =p

*papparich coffee*
cus i was realllllyyyyyy craving for malaysia coffee

*St Claire beach*

*great ocean road*

*Brighton beach and the bathing boxes*

*woohoo the state library* lol

*this random part of Melbourne uni*

*melbourne central*
the station to go home

*this awesome view from my friend's apartment overlooing 'eiffel tower'*

*went to the zoo and it was one of my happiest day*

*hardware societe* where everyone recommended

*In Balaclava*

*our tour guide + driver + the one who offered his house to us*

*some yummy chocolate pudding aka fondant aka chocolate lava*

*Queen Victoria Market*

*the boy who has never failed to make me smile and the reason my Australian trip was so awesome*

i hope things will work out for us

Thats the best trip of my life. The End.
Gonna 'try' to study now.

Holidays coming to an end

So what have I been up to for the whole month?

Basically staying home during the weekdays, and having my dates during the weekends.
Dating means finding good food!!

Discovered a new makan place at Bangsar Shopping Centre.

Cool name, with awesome food!!

It was totally full house when we arrived!! Thank god we arrived 2 minutes earlier than another group and got the last table available, or else we would have to wait for probably 30minutes to get a table!!

*Ordered my mocha as usual!*

 *The Wolf's Favorite*
Creamy spaghetti with smoked pork bacon, button mushrooms topped with  a poached egg and crispy bacon bits.
Seriously the best pasta I've ever tasted. It aint cheap for that small portion, but definitely worth the price for the taste. And they weren't stingy with the bacons!! Seriously damn good!! We gobbled it up within minutes! It was that GOOD!

*Mighty Piggy Burger*
Juicy pork patty, cheese, tomatoes, greens, fried egg, herbed mayo. Served with salad and fries

Look how thick the patty is! Taste wise, not as good as I expected it to be, but still a little above average. But for the huge portion, definitely worth trying! :)

*Couldn't resist on the dessert menu :P*
Was sooooo gooood omg!!! But after awhile, it gets too sweet and jelak LOL

After lunch, Hou took me to Charles and Keith and bought me a purse that I chose :D Hehe I've always wanted a RED purse and I super love the design of this purse on the inside!! THANKIEW DEAR!

Next day, Brunch at Coffee Chemistry @ First Subang Mall

OOTD*

*Mocha!!* My ultimate favorite la!! I have to order it wherever I go!

Then was shopping @ Paradigm Mall.

I drove down to Kajang one weekend together with Hou to search for my new workplace for my last placement. Me driving him in I dont know how long. Hehe. I must remember the way to the pharmacy and the only way for me to remember the way there is that I must be the one driving.

So after locating my pharmacy, the next thing to do when you're in Kajang is to try their famous Kajang Satay!

And a little surprise yesterday night.

The bf delivered flowers to my house after his work, with a long speech because he made me angry few days ago. His speech was so "robotic" and as though he memorized it multiple times before he came that I wanted to laugh while he was saying it!! hahahahaha so cute!!!

And after the whole speech, he waited for my response and I said
' I think first la'.

And his expression was like ' :( :'( :( '

Hahahahah so funnnny :P

 *My bouquet!*
With 5 Ferrero Rocher which he placed it in by himself, decorating it with the pink papers. I didn't believe him at first because it was so pretty!! And he told me how he made it, asked me to check if I dont believe and I really saw all the cellophane tape that he used to make the rose lookalike paper to place the chocolates inside.
Awww so sincere of him, so I decided to forgive him :P

*See the Ferrero Rocher so pretty right!!*
I thought the florist did it for him lo!!

And also not forgetting to tapao my favorite Gong Cha for me! Hehe

Thats all for now!

Long weekend ahead with plans already made! Kajang again, and picnic by the beach for our 29th month! Hehe cant wait! Will be back to update on it!
